Ronald H. Lipscomb
Mr. Lipscomb, the owner and founder of Doracon Contracting, Inc., holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He sits on the boards of the National Association of Minority Contractors and the Great Blacks in Wax Museum. He is a member of the Maryland State Highway Administration Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Council and a trustee of the Maryland Democratic Party.
