The 18,000 sq. ft. facility at 4210 Primrose Avenue in Menlo Industrial Park has been the site of social, political, community, and private events since 1983. The capable, creative and diverse staff of chefs and event planners has the ability to make every event pleasantly memorable. The company holds state and local catering certifications, as well as being listed as approved caterers for many of Maryland's finest catering halls, training facilities, cultural and institutional landmarks.

Raymond V. Haysbert, Sr.
With an impressive career that includes service in the Army Air Corps as one of the all-black 332nd Fighter Group - the Tuskegee Airmen and degrees in mathematics and business administration, today the still very active Raymond Haysbert is quite the statesman. He spent 44 years at Parks Sausage Company helping to lead it to become one of the largest black-owned businesses in the nation. Mr. Haysbert is the recipient of innumerable local and national honors and business achievement awards. Over the years he has been an Instructor at over a dozen colleges and universities and has served on advisory boards to five business schools. His commitment to hard work, education and preparedness has served him well. The consummate community volunteer over the years, he now serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Baltimore Urban League.
