LaRian Finney
LaRian Finney, CEO and President, founded Visionary Marketing Group in 1999 after a successful career in corporate America. He has been a top-tier marketing, promotion, and event planner for the past 13 years with Eastman Kodak Company, the NBA's Washington Bullets, Johnson & Johnson, and VMG.

His skills and experiences have led him to leading successful campaigns for the 1996 Olympics, the NAACP National Convention, the National Urban League Convention, the Inaugural Committee for Maryland Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. and Lt. Governor Michael S. Steele, the Charles Dutton Tribute and Salute, the African-American Heritage Festival, BAA-Maryland Inc., and other organizations. Under Mr. Finney's leadership, VMG has pioneered and developed large, regional events in the Baltimore/Washington area, such as Jazzy Summer Nights, which drew 30,000 attendees; The African-American Business Forum; the African-American Heritage Festival, with 500,000 participants; and the Inaugural Prince George's Classic.

Mr. Finney received his B.Sc. in chemistry from Mt. St. Mary's College, where he was captain of the men's basketball team.
